Mr. Sperling began his professional career as a software engineer at the Company and currently manages its IP portfolio, directs internal software development processes, leads several innovation teams in the mobility space and also advises Mobile Network Operators worldwide on their software strategies. Mr. Sperling holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
Dave Grant | CEO | Ad-Vantage Networks
David Grant is the CEO of Ad-Vantage Networks, that creates new revenues for internet network providers and a more targeted opportunity for advertising partners.
Mr. Grant has over a decade of startup experience and executive leadership in the Healthcare IT industry. His first healthcare startup, MEDeMORPHUS (Rx-Connect), was acquired but PacifiCare Health System in 2001 where he severed as CEO. Mr. Grant also served as Vice President of PacifiCare’s E-Solutions business. He later founded MedEfficient Healthcare Solutions, LLC, which reached profitability in 4 months and was CIO of AssistMed, Inc.
Mr. Grant was recognized as InfoWorld’s CTO of the Year finalist for technology innovations and has served as a technology strategist for well-known companies such as PacifiCare, Autobytel, Countrywide and Nestlé. Mr. Grant also serves as a board member or advisors for several companies including Ad-Vantage Networks, Inc., iXept, Inc., and UniversCel, Inc.

Jack is the founder of Septium, a custom Web and Mobile App Development company and a Microsoft Partner. Prior to Septium, Jack held several CTO roles since 1996. A 30+ yearcustom software industry veteran, Jack is an industry expert in Android applications, SAAS/web software, and hybrid offshoring. Known as the “Father of Uninstall”, he invented the uninstall concept and wrote the first uninstaller. He is also credited with inventing the "Automated Software Updates". Jack holds a BSc in Communications Engineering from University of Kent, an MSc in Computer Science from George Washington University and attended the Pepperdine MBA program.
