Carol started her marketing career at Procter and Gamble, gained international
experience as Director of International Marketing at Pizza Hut, and rose to Vice
President Marketing at Con Agra Foods. Carol moved to Best Software, a $1.2B publisher
of business management software, almost seven years ago, where she is responsible
for advertising, lead generation and channel marketing for 20 mid-market products
including the CRM solutions SalesLogix and ACCPAC CRM.

Rebecca has over 10 years experience in analyzing, designing,
implementing and managing Customer Relationship Management environments for leading
technology companies including Epicor Software, Foreshock and Rapid Data. Rebecca’s

rollout and ongoing maintenance of a corporate wide CRM implementation.
