Vice President and CIO
Spaid is responsible for the Beckman Coulter’s worldwide strategic direction for
information technology (IT), including implementation for a technology infrastructure
that supports the company’s commitment to process improvement and profitable results.
Bob came to Beckman Coulter from Jacobs Engineering in Pasadena, Calif., where he
was VP and CIO. Prior to Jacobs, Spaid spent 12 years with Atlantic Richfield Company
(ARCO) in positions of increasing responsibility. Bob Spaid has pioneered application
development strategies that have become best practices in the ERP implementation
and consulting marketplace today.
BAX Global | Doris Hall |
Senior Vice President and CIO
Hall has global functional responsibility for technology, strategy, enterprise architecture,
software development and infrastructure management for BAX Global, a $2.4 billion
dollar worldwide logistics and transportation company. Prior to BAX, Hall was with
Emery Worldwide for eight years as a senior information technology leader. She also
worked for a distribution center of James River Corporation as an analyst and spent
ten years in IT project and senior manufacturing operations management for the Gardner
Denver Mining and Construction division of Cooper Industries.
Option One and H&R Block Mortgage
| Allan Lubitz | Senior Vice President and CIO
Lubitz is responsible for establishing and implementing the enterprise technology
vision, managing global IT investments and providing leadership for the software
solutions, data center operations, information security and business continuity
for Option One and H&R Block Mortgage. During his 25 year career in the financial
and hi-tech industries, Allan has held executive positions at Ditech Mortgage, First
American, Experian and TRW. Allan serves on the board of OOIPL, an India-based mortgage
services company as well as the Mortgage Bankers Association Residential Technology
Board. He is also very involved in the community, serving on several boards including
Orange County’s Pacific Symphony, Orange County High School of the Arts, and the
Foundation for Philanthropy.
Oakley | Jon Krause | Senior
Vice President of Operations
Krause joined Oakley in 1996 as Director of Information Technology and was named
Senior Vice president of Operations in 2005. In his current role, Jon oversees global
information technology, global production distribution, and Oakley’s Sunglass Specialty
Retail Division which includes 105 retail outlets. Prior to joining Oakley, Krause
was a Senior Manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he spent 10
years specializing in information technology and manufacturing operations in the
consumer goods, high tech, and entertainment industries.
