| President
Frank serves on the Advisory board for TriTech Consulting SBDC and is the Vice Chairman
of Orange County Innovation. Prior to his involvement with TCA, he was a founding
member of Charlotte Angel Partners in North Carolina. Since 1999 Frank has been
an active investor in early stage technology companies. He has a B.S. in Mathematics
from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters degree in Computer Science from
UCLA.

Mr. Casparie has been a significant innovator in the angel and VC investing space
for almost 20 years. He was a founding Principal in the nationally recognized angel
capital firm, Angel Strategies where he was principally responsible for recruiting
the base angel network from which grew their national presence. He also established
the original TVA Consultancy Program and established the original offices in Boston,
Charlotte, Atlanta, New York and San Diego.

The Venture Farm is an early stage execution and funding organization. Sid is also
an executive member of the Tech Coast Angels. Formerly, he was the Chief Executive
Officer of Vital Source, Inc. a global distributor of electronic components with
offices in United States, Europe and Asia. Sid has also served as the Chairman /
CEO of Competitive Knowledge Inc (CKI) - a VC backed Internet Company.
Miramar Venture Partners | Bob Holmen
| Co-founder
Launched in 2001, Miramar is focused on venture investing in early stage information
technology companies, primarily in Southern California. Prior to forming Miramar,
Bob served as Vice President and General Counsel of two publicly traded technology
companies in Southern California, following his years as an attorney, where he specialized
in corporate finance and mergers and acquisition transactions for technology and
life science companies. Prior to attending law school, Bob worked for Hughes Aircraft
Company, designing and programming application software and integrating hardware
and software for defense-related projects.
