Paul Ulyett specializes in enabling clients to generate sustainable, profitable
revenue growth through brand aligned business strategy, business process reengineering,
human performance improvement and customer relationship management. Clients include

Immediately prior to founding Windsor Consulting in 2003 Paul spent seven years
at Oracle Corporation, most recently as Vice President, Marketing. His responsibilities
included the global marketing of Oracle's technology, applications, services and
consulting products, a $10B business spanning nearly 100 countries. Paul also serves
on the advisory board of Instancy, Inc., of Cary, North Carolina and on the Board
of Directors of Kyliptix Solutions, of Irvine California, TechBiz Connection and
Knowledge Foundations, Inc., of Westminster, California.

With over 10 years experience within the technology industry, Mr. Gast is a progressive
thinker with a keen understanding of Internet technologies and general business
practices. His breadth of knowledge extends across numerous domains which have led
to his starting of Kyliptix Solutions, bringing a business suite to the small and
medium business community that is fully integrated, web accessible, ease to use,
and cost effective. Kyliptix is expanding internationally targeting Asia, Middle
East, Mexico, and Eastern Europe, with intention to become a dominant player within
the markets it serves.
Mike Zachan | President |
BridgeWorks Group
Mr. Zachan heads up an international consulting group specializing in global business
and supply chain development. Mike’s firm assists emerging technology companies
in developing implementing effective marketing, sales and technology sourcing strategies
in Europe and Asia. Mike has over thirty years experience in marketing and general
management of high tech businesses, most recently as Vice President of Conexant’s
Module Systems group and before that as President of Computer Peripherals, maker
of the ViVa modem. Mike holds a BS degree in electrical engineering and an MBA.
Michael Bonfils | President |
SEM International
Michael Bonfils is the President of SEM International, a division of Hyper Interactive
Corp., specializing in providing outsourced International Internet marketing management
services for global advertising agencies and Fortune 500 firms. SEM International
operates in the APAC, EMEA and Latin American markets with concentration on search
engine marketing programs and other online media properties. He is a speaker and
writer on internet marketing technology and trends, having contributed his time
to many major national publications and events.
In addition to being the founder of a successful internet contextual advertising
agencies which he sold in 2004, he has spent the last 11 years at the forefront
of helping pioneer the search engine marketing industry. Mr. Bonfils sits on the
Board of several organizations including the TechBizConnection and previously served
as the Vice President of Communications for the American Marketing Association (SOCAL).
Christoph Kirchner | Chief Financial
Officer | Zuellig Group N.A.
Dr. Kirchner has managed the international business development for the Cosmetics
Division of the Henkel Group, a German consumer goods and technology conglomerate.
His role involved developing export businesses in Russia, integrating distributor
and licensee businesses in Latin America and Asia, acquiring and divesting consumer
brands, and acquiring companies in Scandinavia, Greece and the United States.
In addition, he facilitated the post-merger integration as Chief Financial Officer
of subsidiaries in France, Germany, Greece and the United States. Recently, he joined
the Zuellig Group, to integrate the North American business into the group, headquartered
in Hong Kong, and to support the startup of manufacturing in China.
