Paul Ulyett is the COO of Kyliptix Solutions, Inc. providing small-to-medium

service and HR operations. Paul has some 25 years experience in the technology industry
and has held senior positions at a number of companies including Oracle where he
was Vice President, Global Marketing Programs. Prior to that he was responsible
for Cognos’ Western US operations, he also held a senior operations position for
the company in Europe. Paul founded Windsor Consulting which focused on business
strategy and business process re engineering. He started his career in the Royal
Navy as a control engineer.

Russell Mix | CEO, CFO, and
Co-Founder | Qtask
Russell initiated the spin off of Qtask from its parent company, Prolific Publishing
and now directs Qtask's operations, business affairs, and partnerships. Under his
leadership, the company secured private investment and has established key joint
ventures in numerous vertical markets.
Since 1998, as CEO/CFO, Mix led Prolific, an advanced software technology development
and publishing company, to produce numerous franchise and branded products for the
entertainment, gaming (gambling), defense, and competitive sport industries, with
global clients such as Bally, Boeing, Eidos, Mattel, Konami, ShuffleMaster, TDK
and Walt Disney. Most recently, Prolific produced the SereneScreen Marine Aquarium
screensaver, included with every copy of Windows XP from Microsoft. Prior to Prolific,
Mix held several management positions at Casino Data Systems (CDS) since 1993, including
General Counsel, Executive Vice President, and President of an operating subsidiary.
In 1993, CDS was the most successful IPO in America, raising over $90 million. Mix
began his working career at the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
